Baton was created by Phil Kirkeiner. He used to work at a pest control company and saw that sometimes customers needed help that his company couldn't give. Phil thought of a way to connect different companies so they could help these customers together.

Our platform lets pest control companies share information about what they do best. If a company can't help a customer, they can use Baton to find another company that can. This helps everyone: customers get the help they need, and companies find new customers.

Baton is Growing

The article shares how much Baton has grown. In 2021, we helped companies handle $172,000 in referrals. In 2022, that number jumped to almost $900,000! That means a lot more customers are getting the help they need.
